Shipping Policy

All orders to be shipped via International Registered Airmail Services of Malaysia Post which require recipient signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery time is 7-20 Business Days for the package to reach your place after the order has been shipped. Please note that shipping time is varies per destination and does not include customs processing delays in your country.

We ship to the address which you provided in, not your PayPal address unless otherwise noted. Please be sure the address is correct to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address we cannot be responsible for cost of postage to reship your item.

Your order will be sent within three to five (3-5) business days once payment had been received. We will notify you the shipment tracking number via email upon package has been shipped.

Additional Shipping Policies

For International customers, please note that packages are estimated will reach your place about 2-3 weeks after we shipped your order. However, we cannot be responsible if your package is delayed due to customs processing in your country. We will help you to locate the package by providing all relevant shipping information. But it’s your responsibility to call your local Post Office and/or local Customs Office and allow more time for delivery.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but please know that this is a very rare occurrence.

Expedited Shipping

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping for international orders as the expedited shipping cost is pretty high.

4. Return & Refund Information

Returns & Refunds Policies

2. Please make sure your item is qualified for return and refund. You are required to contact our customer service via email We will guide you through the return and refund process.

3. It’s important to return the eligible item(s) in new and unused condition with the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Eligible item(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method and returned within 14 days from the receiving date. Buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping charges.

5. After received the return package, we will process a full refund (without deduction for 1st shipping fee) of the eligible item(s).

5. Reship Information

Reships Policy

1) If the package is undelivered or unclaimed by recipient, it will be returned to shipper.

2) We will keep you informed upon received the return package. At the same time, we will reconfirm your shipping address and request the shipping fee for reship purpose.

3) You are responsible to pay the resend shipping fee:
– US$5.00 per package for entire order below US$50
– US$9.00 per package for entire order US$50 and above

4) We will proceed to reship the package after received your shipping fee. Shipment tracking number will be emailed to you upon package have been shipped.
